What is Operation Get Fit?
Operation Get Fit is an in depth course that will teach you how to achieve your dream body. The course focuses on making long term change and building lasting, sustainable habits. In the course, I Jeremy Hamilton, will show you the exact methods I use with my 1 on 1 clients to achieve amazing results. My 5 step "IDEAL" process has been tested and proven and I am teaching it in this course! Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition is the biggest factor in seeing true physical change. In the course I go in depth and teach what to focus on , dispel the biggest myths around food, and give you the knowledge to not only know what to eat but how to consistently eat that way!

Fitness Education
This course will educate you on fitness to allow you to burn fat, gain lean muscle, and build your IDEAL body! Multiple workout regimen examples are included in the course so you can easily follow them exactly or modify them to your needs.

Improved Mindset
It’s one thing to know what to do, but having the mindset to do it consistently is the biggest key. Because of this, I dedicated a whole module of the course to mindset. It will help you develop the crucial skills and habits necessary to see change.
