Hi, I’m Jeremy.

I'm a certified DBC Level 1 fitness trainer and Precision Nutrition L1 nutrition coach from San Diego, CA.

If you have no idea what that is…


It basically means I’m FULLY qualified to give you practical fitness and nutrition advice that’s proven to work.


I come from a tiny, humble town in eastern Arizona called Morenci. 


Growing up in such a small mining town, it wasn’t exactly the place I dreamt of staying the rest of my life.


I mean, if you weren’t participating in sports or outdoor activities like hunting or fishing…


There was a good chance you were getting into TROUBLE.


I was lucky to have my mom. She made sure we stayed out of it by enrolling my brother and I into every activity she could find…


Boy Scouts. Football. Baseball. Basketball. Soccer. Wrestling. Swim Team. 4-H… 

And even pottery lessons (lol).

if it was available, you better believe my mom signed us up... 


And guess what?


I ABSOLUTELY HATED IT.


I dreaded going to every single sport she put me in... 


I was so petite and clumsy in comparison to all the other kids.


But my mom did something very special that I’ll always take with me…


She didn’t let me quit.


“Jeremy, if you start something, you’re going to finish it. NO EXCUSES!”


I can still hear those words of tough love echoing in my mind after all these years (thanks Mom).


She DRILLED that mentality into me every chance she got... and it eventually stuck.


I went on to develop the skills and strength necessary to become a team captain... 


As well as a top football and baseball player in my conference.


This same frame of mind is what has helped me EXCEL not only in sports…


But every single aspect of my life including…


  • Becoming the first college graduate in my family with an Engineering degree at UofA 
  • Succeeding in multiple businesses 
  • Achieving the body of my dreams
  • Ranking in top bodybuilding competitions
  • Developing meaningful relationships, both in friends and in love

And so much more.

But it’s never all rainbows and butterflies. 

It wasn’t always easy. 


I’m human just like everyone else…

Even after my first bodybuilding competition when I achieved the best physique I ever had (at the time)...


I always struggled with keeping that weight off. 


Like a lot of my clients, I had a strange pattern of fluctuating in weight for a very long time...


So what did I do?


The only thing that made sense to me at the time…


I went even HARDER in the gym and thought that it would make up for neglecting my nutrition (bad idea).


Not only did that not work in the long run... 


My health was worse off than when I started.


I was entirely BURNED OUT.


I fell into a downward spiral of toxic habits and repulsive energy…


I put off working out in the gym and eating the proper nutrition when it REALLY mattered most.


Like most people…


I had the “I’ll work it off in the gym later” mentality when it came to bingeing food while eating out and during the holidays.


And as a result... 


My career, my relationships, and my health suffered greatly.


But even at my lowest point… 


I could still hear my mom’s words of encouragement whispering through the dark toxic clouds of my procrastination and laziness.


I found my strength again. 


I knew I could never give up. Because if I did… 


How selfish would that be of me?


But this time I was going to do things differently... 


This time I was going to achieve my fitness goals from a place of FUN and ABUNDANCE.


And with that simple change in mindset... 


I’m now the healthiest and happiest I’ve ever been with the BEST physique of my entire life…


You see... this is what all the fitness gurus out there get wrong. This is what they’re missing...


MINDSET.


Without a true deep understanding of the mindset it takes to win and keep winning... 


99% of people will continue to fall victim to disappointing results with their fitness…


For the rest of their life.
